Shipping & Tracking
Orders ship from our Oregon fulfillment center. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to populate after receiving your confirmation email.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same business day. You will receive tracking via email once the label is created.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states where federally compliant hemp products are permitted. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm availability.
How do I access lab reports?
Click the “Lab Results” link on any product page or scan the QR code on your packaging to view Certificates of Analysis.
Can I edit or cancel an order?
Contact support within one hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate updates before fulfillment.
What payment methods do you accept?
